Choose the system
before the model.

Use this sequence to build a shortlist for a new installation. It helps reveal missing information before price or power becomes the only deciding factor.

Get help with model selection

Planning guidance only. Final design, installation and approval must follow the exact model documentation and local requirements.

  1. Confirm the electrical service.

    Record country, nominal voltage, frequency, phase arrangement and any export restrictions. A region label alone does not establish grid compatibility.

  2. Define the loads and operating goal.

    Separate solar self-consumption from backup requirements. List simultaneous running loads, the largest starting load and any sensitive equipment.

  3. Check the PV and battery together.

    Review panel and string data, battery voltage range, charge/discharge limits and BMS protocol. Confirm backup duration using usable energy, not just nameplate capacity.

  4. Review the exact model documentation.

    Check operating modes, installation environment, protection requirements, parallel options and market-specific compliance evidence. Do not carry specifications from one model to another.

Read specifications with confidence

Four terms worth separating.

Similar-looking figures often describe different parts of the system. Always check the units and the operating conditions.

kW vs kWh
kW is power at a moment in time. kWh is energy over a period. Backup duration depends on usable energy, load demand and losses—not inverter kW alone.
Voc vs MPPT range
Voc is the open-circuit voltage, checked against the absolute PV input limit. The MPPT range describes the operating-voltage window used while harvesting power.
Nominal vs operating voltage
A 24V or 48V label identifies a nominal battery platform. The actual operating window changes with the battery and must fit the inverter's allowed range.
Port vs protocol
A communication port such as CAN or RS485 does not establish battery compatibility. The supported messages, firmware, pinout and configuration must also match.

Where can I find an exact model's specifications?

Open the product range and select the model detail page. For installation, commissioning or procurement, request the current datasheet and installation manual for that exact model and revision. Website summaries are a starting point, not a substitute for those documents.

Can I request a datasheet or installation manual?

I have a battery already. What should I send?

Provide its brand, exact model, datasheet, BMS protocol and firmware information if available, together with the intended inverter model. Include voltage limits and continuous charge/discharge limits. Matching nominal voltage alone does not confirm compatibility.

Are the application examples complete system designs?

No. They explain typical planning considerations. Final component selection, wiring, protection and operating settings need a project-specific review by a qualified installer using current product documentation and local rules.
